Review

Your dedicated legal or Health and Safety expert will undertake a thorough review of your existing paperwork to bring it up to date to ensure your organisation is legally compliant and following best practise.

We work with you to understand your organisation and ensure that the work we undertake is relevant and bespoke to your organisation.

Assistance

This is unlimited advice providing you with telephone and email support regarding any employment law, HR or Health and Safety issue that may arise.

The on-going advice is provided by the very same Solicitor or Health and Safety professional who undertook your Review, since he/she will best know your business, its ethos and how it operates.

Representation

Our Representation service is fee protection insurance that protects you against the cost of any claims, whether to defend yourself against an Employment Tribunal claim or prosecution from the HSE.

By subscribing to our insurance it ensures continuity, as your dedicated employment Solicitor or Heath and Safety professional will continue to guide you through the procedure and provide expert advice.

Training

While working with you, we may identify areas of your business where additional training would be of benefit. Should this be the case, one of our employment Solicitors, CIPD qualified HR consultants or Health and Safety experts will provide training to your staff or managers on any appropriate topic.

Our experts can cover a wide range of issues from recruitment to dealing with poor performance. If necessary, we can also provide training sessions for your entire workforce on matters such as diversity, which can greatly help reduce the risk of discrimination claims.

Consultancy

We can provide appropriately qualified professionals for any on-site or other project work you may need. You can use our consultants as much or as little as you may need, from ad hoc projects to more regular and fixed attendance.

Our CIPD qualified HR Advisers can cover a wide range of services from attending staff meetings with you to creating and delivering entire procedures. Our expert Health and Safety professionals can support you to help implement any specific H&S requirements you may have or in the unfortunate event of an incident.
