Document Review

We undertake a detailed review of your contracts of employment and employee handbook. Within the agreed fee, we will advise you on changes that need to be made and make the agreed changes for you.

The end result will be a flexible and bespoke employee handbook and contracts of employment that will protect your business for the foreseeable future.

HR Assistance

This service gives you unlimited telephone or email support on any employment law/HR issues from your own dedicated employment Solicitor. The on-going HR Assistance will be provided by the employment Solicitor who undertook your Audit, since he/she will best know your business and how it operates.

This service can include employment advice on how to handle grievances, disciplinary issues, redundancy, poor performance, long term ill-health issues and any other queries you may have, such as advice on maternity rights, flexible working, etc.

HR Representation

HR Representation is fee protection insurance and will protect you against the cost of any Employment Tribunal claims. We will guide you through the Employment Tribunal procedure and advise you of appropriate tactics.

In the event of a claim, this service insures your business against the cost of legal fees and any award and/or settlement. We will provide the advice and also represent you at the Employment Tribunal. With other insurances you may not have the benefit of your own employment Solicitor representing you at Tribunal.

HR Training

One of our employment Solicitors or qualified HR professionals will provide bespoke training to your staff or managers on any appropriate Legal or HR topic, such as appraisals or dealing with absence (long term and short term).

Training can be provided to your entire workforce on matters such as diversity, which can greatly help reduce the risk of discrimination claims.

HR Consultancy

We can provide CIPD qualified HR advisers for any on-site or other project work. You can utilise our HR consultants for one off, ongoing or discrete projects.

Our HR consultants cover a wide range of services, including assisting you with a recruitment campaign, helping you develop and implement appraisal systems and undertaking internal procedures (investigations, redundancy meetings, grievances, disciplinary procedures, etc).
