It is increasingly difficult for businesses to handle immigration compliance and support employees with visa applications in-house. EmployLaw’s immigration experts can perform this crucial role for you with a range of services catering to every budget.

What sets us apart

Our immigration professionals can draw on comprehensive technical knowledge of immigration requirements to provide you with the support, guidance and expertise you need.

Our range of services, offered in flexible packages, means that our experts can support your organisation at the perfect level to match your needs. With the Home Office increasingly focusing on compliance, our experts can protect your organisation by verifying that your immigration processes are robust.

When it comes to immigration, EmployLaw gives you peace of mind by:

  • Helping to protect your organisation from illegal working penalties
  • Safeguarding against suspension or revocation of your organisation’s sponsor licence
  • Guiding employees through the visa application process
  • Creating a compliance strategy
  • Fostering a positive reputation for your business
  • Freeing up your management team to focus on their core competencies

Immigration Compliance Review

An immigration compliance review can be tailored to focus on prevention of illegal working compliance or to include sponsor compliance. A review can include a visit to your premises for inspection of personnel files, as well as a review of policy and other documents addressing immigration compliance.

EmployLaw will then provide you with a report advising on changes required to address compliance gaps in personnel files and documents connected to immigration compliance, or work with you to put right any compliance issues.

Immigration Assistance

General Support

This service comprises telephone and email support from your own dedicated Immigration Adviser. Your Immigration Adviser will first familiarise themselves with your business to ensure efficiency and accuracy of advice. Examples of the support offered are answering day-to-day immigration operations questions, for example on right to work checks, or advising on visa options.

Your dedicated Immigration Adviser will always be able to guide and support you through any issues you may face or answer any immigration queries you may have.

Visa Application Support

Our immigration experts can cut through the complexities of eligibility to advise on visa options. We can then provide a level of support in making an application to match your organisation’s needs and budget.

Our immigration professionals have comprehensive knowledge of the full spectrum of business immigration, family routes, EU nationals’ applications for documentation and citizenship applications.

Immigration Representation

In the unfortunate event that the Home Office imposes a fine on your organisation for alleged illegal working, or suspends or revokes your licence to sponsor skilled migrants to work in the UK, our immigration experts can provide crucial support. We urge you to contact us as soon as possible, as time is of the essence in these matters. Our immigration professionals have a strong track record in reducing fines, often to nothing, and in reinstating sponsor licences.

We can draw on extensive experience to minimise the stress of dealing with Home Office immigration enforcement action.

Immigration Training

We can provide training to HR or wider staff on a range of topics and in a variety of formats to suit your organisation’s needs. Our training is interactive and our immigration professionals use dynamic training materials. The result is highly effective training that will help your organisation achieve its goals.
