A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Generalist to join EmployLaw Limited; a specialist Employment Law Practice.

The role requires you to support Employment Solicitors in providing HR Services to their clients and is likely to include the following:

  • Support to clients at their premises (predominately in London and the South East). This may include:
    • consulting on a restructure or TUPE transfer;
    • chairing or running a disciplinary investigation or hearing;
    • assisting in performance management;
    • implementing new contracts of employment, HR Policies and Procedures
    • dealing with grievance procedures; and
    • creating and implementing a bespoke appraisal systems.
  • Designing and providing bespoke training to clients on matters, such as; recruitment, disciplinary and grievances and redundancy.
  • Assisting with the local marketing and business development of the Company’s services to develop your own practice.

You are required to be CIPD qualified and have some experience in an HR role. Experience of marketing and building a practice is of benefit, but not essential. We are happy to consider part-time hours.
